We are creating a new brand in project development and scaling the acquisition and development of plots.
Since we started as a trio in August 2017, we have grown continuously: we advise more than 400 owners and have a network of 800+ partners. Since the company was founded, we have successfully sold a project volume of more than €130 million.
Through targeted marketing and personal solution selling for owners, we acquire hidden potential and continually expand the market. Our focus is on commercial project management and on bringing together established partners and construction companies for the optimal realisation of projects. Thanks to our experience from more than 85 completed plots and our strong network, we can determine the best design options and maximum benefit for every plot.
